what can i say - Carlos is an amazing developer - i was very surprised that the tiki bar hut the hot tub, the dining table, and the lounge chairs are ALL included in the package. in addition there are multiple dance and swim nodes through out the scene. I adore the sunset and the detail on the wood deck and in the bar are simply put amazing!!! You cant go wrong with this island paradise - lots of room to add gazebos, pavilions, beach toys to customize your island experience... Keep an eye on this guy - hes a pro and i love that he sticks to classy textures that dont overpower the place. excellent and no regrets whatsoever!
