I am thoroughly unhappy about this product. I purchased this room thinking it had the capability of having other products added since it consisted of one tree with a swing in a very large snow field. This was a useless purchase and I wasted credits buying this products.
I complained to the developer to advise that the room was not indicated as locked, without the capability of adding other products. The developer said nothing could be done to unlock the room. I would therefore advise against purchasing this product for anyone considering looking for a snow field to add other products. There are many other snow field rooms available of better value from other developers. In addition, I don't find that this developer is customer orientated as there was no offer of compensation, such as showing me another room or other means of compensation for my purchase of a poorly described room.
