In response, since I cannot send you a message: This is a flat image that has edge blending turned on, which means that it will show up as invisible if placed behind another object with blending turned on. It's the same thing that happens if your hair disappears when you wear certain shirts, or part of your boots disappear under a skirt. There is nothing wrong with the item itself. I apologize for the inconvenience but I will not send you a refund.
