The coolest space for a group chat or an intimate talk with plenty of room for any type of furniture you can think of - I have added DJ, spa, and bar. And although all that "stuff" can cause some lag when you load the room - it is totally worth it. I also got the "set" with the rafts and couches and they really set the mood. A most excellent achievement.
