Since I can't reach the buyer below because their homepage is marked private, I will address the problem here in hopes they will see it. The description clearly states that the sofa has NO POSES. It is this way on purpose so that whoever buys it may customize it themselves. There is also a TRY-IT button which allows someone to use the sofa before buying it. Therefore, I don't feel a refund is in order. I'm sad that a customer of mine is not happy, but I feel that I did all that I could do to inform her of the product.
