for all you people freaking out about the stiches and blood, you just have to take of the type of head your avatar has on. its slightly anoyying, but when you get the default head (not 1, 3, 2, or 4) it is a beautiful skin and it's just great. it would be nice if it woud work with the other heads though. oh well.
