I recently purchased the Stained Glass Oceanside room from KissMyKittyCat. The floorplan allows for multiple scenes and feels to be set in the same house without overlapping one another. And the way it's layed out also allows it to be used for anything from a traditional seaside vacation home to a distinctive "play room" with plenty of space for your favorite toys. The "loft" feel of the upstairs rooms highlight the house and the outside also offers furniture points. I'd rate this as one of the better rooms that I've seen so far and i consider it "highly desireable" for anyone looking for a versatile room with class.
