My best advice is to try it before you buy it! With the right skin, it can be everything you're looking for, but you should always try something before you decide on it. This head is SO affordable, though, that you really can't go wrong with it even if it doesn't end up suiting your tastes. (Have you seen the costs of some other heads?) The head is a little larger than you might expect (no larger than the default head, of course, so keep that in mind!). With the right skin (say one from suk1y4k1, for my example), you even look quite a bit like one of the Bratz dolls, if that appeals to you. :D I love that the lashes are so much larger than normal... it makes the use of irritating-to-function separate eyelashes an unnecessary burden. While I have other heads that I choose to wear, this head can be a nice vacation if you take the time to find a skin that suits it well. Here are my examples of how a good choice of skintone and a bad one can influence how you feel about the Starlet head. On the left, we have suk1y4k1's "divalicious" skin, which compliments the starlet head by adding well-defined eyeshadow and less coloring on the lips (which, when fully colored on this head, can make them appear oversized). On the right, we have my natural skintone series in 040 degrees, which as you can see, doesn't compliment the head so well because it doesn't define eyeshadow and uses the full lip area for color. With actual lipstick, this effect can become quite a bit too much for you!

So take my advice, and experiment, and it could definitely become a head that you favor over others when paired with a skintone that makes use of its unique features. If you're able to master it, you'll be able to brag that your avatar doesn't look like everyone else's!
