Thank you Brandee. As far as I am aware this is not a problem I've heard of anyone else experiencing, so I'm not sure why you are. IMVU has confirmed that when purchased, the bundle loads successfully. I'm afraid this problem may be unique to you for some reason since I have heard no other reports of this happening to anyone else. Hopefully IMVU will figure out what is unique about your situation and address that. Thank you so much for your support!
