House is nice and has a good layout plan and use of inside lighting. The swimming actions in the big outdoor pool are cool, inside/upstairs pool could be easer to use with more actions etc. Volley ball/ tennis court actions are kinda funny how there are dance pose spots on it - I did like how there is a ball on court you're avatar can bounce on its hands. I do like the use/amount of outdoor furniture with sun umbrellas. You cant furnish one of the upstairs decks and the house is a little too huge, as its a mission to furnish so it looks good, even with the furniture items from the same developer I purchased. Is easier to get around after a little more use. Going by usability/graphics/price value I've giving it a 4/5 rating. Good work JJ
