I think the Candle Lit Sunset is one of the most romantic rooms ever made. It's definately worth its not too expensive cost of 4.000 credits.
Sitting on the chairs you will have to be hand in hand with your chatpartner, so go there only with your best friends and boy-/girlfriend. Also it is possible to sit with your friend on the footbridge. You can dance there, play violin, lay in the water, staring in the sun to get blind not only of lovebut also of light.
The in my opinion stupid dolphin hoppin seats would not have been neccessary, but if you like that it is there also.
